|The Service desk provides a single point of contact for faculties, staff and students to log and direct enquiries and record incidents by providing customer focused, quality IT services and technical support.|
|Users are encouraged to direct all IT related requests through the IT Service Desk to ensure, Calls are logged and assigned to the correct department, Calls are prioritised in accordance with level of urgency and Calls are directed and escalated.||TRAINING|
|IT offers courses on both Tygerberg and Stellenbosch campuses for the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Access, SharePoint and Project as well as Computer Literacy (Introduction to Computers and Windows).|
Access is granted via the Inetkey which is a secure password, authenticated application.
